Divine Rakhi
Rakhi is a festival being celebrated all around the world to cherish
the blessed relation between a brother and a sister. Since ancient
period, this festival was being celebrated on the full moon day called
'Rakhi Purnima' in whole India with different names signifying the
special bond of love among siblings. To a sister, brothers are the God
sent gifts. Sisters value him all her life and prays for his well-being.
On this auspicious day, she wants a touch of divinity for her brother.
At the beginning, a simple thread was used as a Rakhi to tie on the
wrist of brothers. Gradually with the change in trend and time, Rakhi
also has changed its form and shape. The most popular form of Rakhi
which is used is "Divine Rakhi".
Design & Material Used :
Divine Rakhis are created out of different materials like plastic, gold,
silver, etc in different designs and colors. It contains various Gods
and Goddesses figure including lord Krishna, Lord Ganesha, Goddess
Laxmi, Symbols like OM, Swastika etc on it. Sisters have a strong belief
that tying divine Rakhis to their brother's wrist will bring blessings
